Strategy disclosed its third smallest Bitcoin purchase of the year, buying 168 Bitcoin for $18.8 million funded by preferred shares. Despite a recent drop in Bitcoin's price, Strategy paid an average of $112,000 per Bitcoin last week.

Blockchain.com is considering a public listing in the U.S. through a SPAC, with Cohen & Company Capital Markets advising on the potential deal, sources told Coindesk. The company has seen varying valuations over the years, raising funds at different levels due to market fluctuations.

Strategy has achieved a claimed BTC Yield of 26.0% YTD 2025, with its treasury acquisition cost at $47.4 billion, around $74,010 per Bitcoin.
